What is going to happen to wands that have Evaporating Reduction upgrades? Will they be changed into something else after the update?

No, they will not be altered, they'll still have the Mana Evaporation Reduction upgrade, but it won't do anything. However, Palala books will instead increase Mana Regeneration and the Mana Evaporation upgrades for wands will be removed. Your reaction to this is probably the same as mine...

Look at the bright side, at least now you can work on new wands with Mana Usage Reduction while having 100% Mana Evaporation Reduction...

come to think about it. Why was I using 49000 wands instead of 54000 wands?
