Accuracy?

Does this mean it affects 70% of the raid members?

70% to hit, 30% chance to miss, affects all squad members... I think.

That essentially means it'll only hit 70% of the members then.

It does not, it affects all raid members, both Normal and Hard. And it is unavoidable, always 100% accuracy.

Sounds like we should remove that line then. Doing that now.
