Subject Theta is an experiment of the Order of the Black Moon, in their attempts to create a weapon that could defeat the Milletian. However, the experiment went badly, and the creature went berserk. Its lab was sealed, until Clea seeks the milletian to help deal with the creature before more lives are lost.[1]
