User Guides Category?

Maybe we should make a category for User Guides for those who'd like to contribute to the community by sharing their strategies & methods? This would be helpful to those, such as User:SwissedToast, who has their guides stuck on their own user pages.

I don't think so, because then we'd have to new policy add rules for the category and police it.
